Well, I'm sitting in the Chicago O'Hare airport, and it is currently about two hours after my flight to Roanoke was originally scheduled to leave, and I happen to have internet access here, so I figure it's a good time to write something. I left home this morning in Anaheim at about five in the morning, made it to the Orange County airport without any traffic and in enough time not to rush, and that flight left right on time. I got into Chicago a little early, even. At that point, my flight was supposed to leave at 3:50pm (already an hour delayed). Now, it's been delayed two and a half hours. We're officially supposed to leave at 5:10pm local, but that's only 15 minutes from now, and there's another flight supposed to board and leave from this gate first, so we'll see.
No, scratch that. We just got moved to the top of the list. Maybe we'll actually leave now! That would be awesome. It's been snowing on and off here since I got here, with visibility varying a lot, but right now I can see pretty far, and it appears to be only wet and not snowing outside. I hope we get to board soon.
I'm going to preemptively stop writing now, in the optimistic hope that I'll have to put my computer away very soon.
